Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stockroom personnel.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, order merchandise, and authorize returns to ensure optimal sales performance and inventory management.
- Operations Management: Establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service by resolving customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
