**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Chemical Engineer to join our Graduate Development Program. This two-year program is designed to provide recent graduates with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a manufacturing environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop multi-discipline proficiency in chemical, mechanical, controls, industrial, and electrical engineering
  • Review technical reports and perform basic lab tests with supervision
  • Produce SIPOC diagrams for departmental operations and key physical locations
  • Participate in and lead Continuous Improvement projects
  • Perform operational and cost studies
  • Assist in tasks as an Area Supervisor

**Essential Education Requirements**

  • B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering from an accredited college/university
  • 0-2 years of professional work experience (including internships and co-ops)
  • Validated leadership experience through extra-curricular activities, employment, and/or internship experiences
