About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Capital Projects Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing the development and execution of capital projects, ensuring they meet the highest levels of quality, safety, and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement capital budgets and project plans to meet business objectives
  • Lead technical development and feasibility studies for engineering-related activities within the supply chain
  • Manage multiple capital project executions in parallel, ensuring quality and results meet Mondelēz standards
  • Develop and implement state-of-the-art processes and equipment strategies to optimize resources and harmonize assets
  • Manage engineering resources and people management and development needs
Requirements
  • Significant engineering and operations experience
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Technical expertise across engineering disciplines and high expertise in one or more domains
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Fluency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, project management software, and ERP systems (SAP)
