Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at HLT Construction Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of our human resources policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, develop, and implement human resources policies and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs to support employee growth and development.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the organization's staffing needs.
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position. The language of work is English.
