Potentia Human Resources Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete accounting and payroll function, as well as providing high-level administration support.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Administration: Process donations, complete remittances and reports for external bodies, monitor expenditures for the annual budget, prepare reports and financial statements, reconcile accounts monthly, perform daily accounting tasks such as cheque generation and managing deposits, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist in preparing the financial components of funding proposals and reporting.
- Human Resources and Benefits Administration: Process bi-weekly payroll, update employee benefit profiles, track and document employee changes, and manage the CRM.
- Demonstrated experience with financial operations and administration.
- Experience with QuickBooks and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Potentia Human Resources Inc. offers a competitive salary range of $58,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
