Key Responsibilities:

  • Education and Experience: Assist with the coordination of education and experience requirements for job postings, including the development of job descriptions and job postings.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Provide administrative support for recruitment and hiring processes, including the coordination of interviews and the maintenance of candidate files.
  • Employee Onboarding: Assist with the coordination of employee onboarding processes, including the preparation of new hire packages and the provision of orientation to new employees.
  • HR Systems and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HR systems, including employee files and benefits information.
  • Communication and Reporting: Provide administrative support for communication and reporting, including the preparation of reports and the coordination of meetings.

Requirements:

  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Work Term: Temporary
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
