Ideal Candidate Profile

We are in search of a Technical Services Sales Representative whose primary responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities, acquiring clients, and engaging in industry networking.
  • Generating new business leads within the Greater Toronto Area through various outreach methods.
  • Establishing connections with potential clients through marketing and networking strategies.
  • Presenting strategic alternatives to address objections and negotiating effectively with prospects.
  • Creating and delivering promotional materials tailored for prospective clients.
  • Responding to sales inquiries and meeting with potential customers to assess their immediate and future needs.
  • Developing proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that address prospective clients' requirements.
  • Confidently promoting and selling ACML's offerings while maximizing profit margins.
  • Building strong partnerships with clients involved in the decision-making process, actively listening to their concerns, and demonstrating technical expertise.
  • Implementing and managing sales programs for designated regions to enhance the promotion of ACML's services and technical capabilities.
  • Maintaining close business relationships with building owners and managers.
  • Possessing knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems to evaluate existing systems and recommend suitable technical solutions.
  • Understanding project opportunities and collaborating with technical staff to develop viable and competitive solutions.
  • Creating and executing strategies to meet assigned sales targets.
  • Exceeding margin targets while pursuing sales orders for the designated territory.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Technical proficiency through a college diploma or university degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a related field, particularly in Mechanical or Electrical Sales.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills and strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in building and maintaining strong business relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, technical, and financial skills.
