Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to align on primary objectives and deliverables.
- Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to steer the creative process for all marketing materials, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Design and implement email and social media campaigns aimed at generating interest in our development offerings, including responsibilities for copywriting, asset management, quality control, and scheduling.
- Segment target audiences for tailored email communications to maximize engagement.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to create and manage automated email campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to measure success against established goals.
- Conceive and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that resonate throughout the customer journey, ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Maintain brand integrity and adherence to industry best practices in all content produced.
- Gather and analyze market insights to refine outreach strategies and enhance lead generation.
- Produce a variety of content aimed at increasing interest in current projects, including press releases, blogs, social media updates, and website content.
- Effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality output.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the real estate development sector.
- Degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of online copywriting and its impact on search engine optimization.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and social media management tools.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their strategic applications.
- Experience in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
- Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
- Proactive and anticipatory mindset, capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
- Strong work ethic and collaborative spirit, with a focus on reliability and trustworthiness.
