Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Agent to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our sales pipeline, attending daily sales huddles, and staying up-to-date on market trends. If you have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sales and marketing, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales pipeline, including phone calls, meetings, and email correspondence
  • Attend daily sales huddles to stay informed and aligned with team goals
  • Stay up-to-date on pre-construction, resale, and rental market trends
  • Book appointments and conduct site tours for clients and brokers
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of our sales team
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on real estate preferred
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work long hours during project launches
  • Experience with CRM database management systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
