Role Overview

As a Guest Services Representative at Cadillac Fairview, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to valued shoppers, community retailers, and business partners. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our shopping centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver guest services programs, including gift card sales, complimentary strollers/wheelchairs/walkers, retail and community information, and promotion of mall events.
  • Dispatch Security and Maintenance personnel as needed, utilizing a portable radio system.
  • Generate weekly reports to provide the Guest Services Supervisor with up-to-date status.
  • Develop and cultivate relationships with community and shopping center retailers to stay informed about community activities and mall events.
  • Maintain ongoing interaction with shopping center customers, acting as a liaison between customers, security, maintenance, marketing, and other shopping center departments.
  • Administer gift card sales, overseeing related files and ensuring accurate record-keeping for accounting and forecasting purposes.
  • Maintain the Guest Services database, ensuring customer information is current.
  • Log special events, promotions, changes, and visitor concerns to ensure seamless communication.
  • Communicate with customers proactively and regularly to enhance the positive image of the shopping center and encourage repeat traffic.
  • Assist the Marketing Department with the execution of marketing programs as required.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the hospitality field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk the center while interacting with guests.
  • Strong knowledge of English and French is required.
