About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Director, Expansion Sales. This key leadership position will play a critical role in driving customer growth and expansion, ensuring our customers achieve strong product adoption and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the post-sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic plan.
  • Own the Expansion Sales roadmap and build the processes and capabilities to execute on the cross-functional roadmap.
  • Closely partner with stakeholders such as Revenue Operations, Marketing, Strategy, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement to deliver against top initiatives.
  • Coach and mentor leaders within the Expansion Sales department, driving alignment through constructive conversations.
  • Monitor business performance and adjust the course as necessary, informing hiring plans through capacity planning and evaluation.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior/leadership-level customer success or sales role.
  • Strong knowledge of implementing customer success and account management strategies and building processes around them.
  • Coaching and motivating leaders and individual contributors to deliver high performance.
  • Experience defining and building processes across a scaling organization.
  • The ability to leverage and act on insights from our dashboards and tech stack to make data-driven decisions.
