Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Active Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Plan and organize daily tasks and activities to meet deadlines and goals
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a smooth and organized work environment
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure consistency and quality
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to team members and clients
  • Answer electronic enquiries and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and flexibility
