In the role of Human Resources Apprentice, you will support the HR Manager in the daily operations of human resources. You will be part of a vibrant team of five, contributing to various HR initiatives such as:

- Managing employee absences
- Ensuring legal compliance
- Handling personnel administration
- Facilitating training programs
Essential Skills:
The perfect candidate will be adaptable, a team player, and possess strong interpersonal abilities. Key attributes include initiative, discretion, organizational skills, responsiveness, active listening, and meticulous attention to detail. Familiarity with office software is necessary.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree +2 or equivalent is required, with a focus on preparing for a Bachelor's degree +3.
Compensation:
Salary will be determined in accordance with the apprenticeship contract, ranging from 43% to a percentage of the minimum wage.
