Position Overview

The role of a Restaurant Manager at Subway Sandwiches involves overseeing the daily operations of the establishment to ensure a high-quality dining experience for customers.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a similar role.
Financial Responsibilities

Manage a budget ranging from $500,001 to $1,500,000.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the range of services to be provided and establish operational protocols.
  • Ensure accurate cash handling and completion of financial reports.
  • Conduct evaluations of staff performance.
  • Analyze costs associated with products and services.
  • Uphold provincial and territorial liquor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and organize inventory effectively.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers for food and other necessary items.
  • Engage with clients regarding catering services or facility usage.
  • Contribute to marketing strategies and their execution.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations.
