Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway Sandwiches. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train staff in various areas of responsibility
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures
    • Balance cash and complete financial reports
    • Organize and maintain inventory, including food and supplies
  • Customer Service and Experience
    • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales growth
  • Financial Management
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
    • Manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintained
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
