Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatry Physician Leader to join our team at PeaceHealth. As a key member of our Behavioral Health department, you will be responsible for leading our team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, and Master's level counselors in providing high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing trauma-informed care to patients
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in psychiatry
Requirements
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible MD/DO
  • Experience in leading a team of healthcare professionals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
