Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing trauma-informed care to patients
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in psychiatry
- Board Certified/Board Eligible MD/DO
- Experience in leading a team of healthcare professionals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Guaranteed first-year income: $310,074.00
- Employment Bonus
- Relocation stipend based on miles between locations
- Education Loan Reimbursement program (if applicable and eligible)
- CME: up to $3,300 per calendar year for CME and/or professional dues/fees (based on 1.0 FTE; prorated for lower FTE)
