Your role within BBA Consultants

This position operates under the guidance of the Vice-President, Practice of Refinery Leadership Partners, a member of BBA. As a key contributor, you will engage in the design and facilitation of executive development initiatives. Furthermore, you will assist in organizational development consulting services focusing on cultural transformation and leadership in change management. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you will support client organizational development efforts while upholding the highest standards of consulting excellence. This role is pivotal in enhancing client relationships and expanding service offerings at Refinery and across a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the VP, Practice, to establish a tailored approach for executive development and assist in new client engagements through a comprehensive process of discovery, design, facilitator selection, development, delivery, and evaluation. Partnering with designated designers to ensure that the design aligns with or enhances Refinery's models for cultural transformation and leadership in change management, providing a cohesive approach for clients navigating change. Offering consulting support to executive-level clients seeking guidance on succession planning, talent development, or organizational change initiatives, while keeping them informed of evolving trends and insights. Participating in Refinery's community of practice calls, providing facilitation support as needed. Assisting Refinery's client leads during proposal development for client engagements and discussing growth opportunities within the designated client portfolio. Collaborating with internal teams to foster continuous learning and development among Refinery staff. Engaging in Refinery activities that promote a culture of psychological safety and support. Co-facilitating executive development programs for Refinery, both virtually and in-person. Do your values align with our corporate culture? You are an experienced leader with a background in executive-level roles. You possess qualifications that lend credibility in working with executives across various organizational sizes. You have experience in the mining and/or natural resources sectors. You are recognized for your expertise in change leadership, cultural transformation, and executive development, with a strong understanding of organizational people systems. You have a genuine passion for collaborating with leaders as a trusted advisor and seasoned consultant. You excel in building and maintaining meaningful relationships. You apply a growth mindset to problem-solving and can simplify complex challenges. You possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You enjoy working collaboratively to gather diverse perspectives and achieve collective excellence. You are open to travel as required.
