Your role within BBA Consultants

This position operates under the guidance of the Vice-President, Practice of Refinery Leadership Partners, a member of BBA. You will leverage your expertise to design and implement executive development initiatives while also providing consulting services focused on organizational transformation and leadership change. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client organizational development efforts and maintaining the highest standards of consulting excellence.

Key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with the VP, Practice to establish a tailored approach for executive development and support new client engagements through a comprehensive process of discovery, design, facilitator selection, development, delivery, and evaluation. Partnering with designated designers to ensure that the development initiatives align with or enhance Refinery's frameworks for cultural transformation and leadership change. Offering consulting expertise to executive-level clients regarding succession planning, talent development, and organizational change initiatives, while keeping them informed of emerging trends and insights. Contributing to Refinery's community of practice by participating in discussions and occasionally facilitating sessions. Assisting Refinery's client leads during the proposal phase for client engagements and exploring growth opportunities within the designated client portfolio. Collaborating with internal teams to foster ongoing learning and development for Refinery staff. Engaging in Refinery activities that promote a culture of psychological safety and support. Co-facilitating executive development programs, both virtually and in-person. Do your values align with our corporate culture? You are an experienced leader with a background in executive-level engagements. You possess qualifications that lend credibility in working with executives across various organizational sizes. You have experience in the mining and/or natural resources sectors. You are recognized for your expertise in change leadership, cultural transformation, and executive development, with a strong understanding of organizational dynamics. You are passionate about partnering with leaders as a trusted advisor and seasoned consultant. You excel in building and maintaining meaningful relationships. You adopt a growth mindset to address challenges and simplify complex issues. You possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. You enjoy collaborating with diverse teams to achieve excellence. You are open to travel as needed.
