This position operates under the guidance of the Vice-President, Practice of Refinery Leadership Partners, a division of BBA Consultants. In this capacity, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering executive development initiatives. Furthermore, you will assist in providing consulting services focused on organizational enhancement, cultural evolution, and leadership in times of change. Collaborating with a dedicated team, you will be instrumental in fostering client organizational development efforts while upholding the highest standards of consulting excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the VP, Practice, to establish a tailored approach for executive development and support new client initiatives through a comprehensive process of discovery, design, facilitator selection, development, delivery, and evaluation.
- Partner with designated designers to ensure that program designs meet specific client needs.
- Develop or refine models for cultural evolution and leadership during transitions, delivering customized solutions for clients undergoing change.
- Provide expert consulting to executive-level clients regarding succession planning, talent development, and organizational change strategies, keeping them informed of emerging trends and insights.
- Contribute to Refinery's community of practice by participating in discussions and occasionally facilitating sessions.
- Support client leads during proposal development for engagements and explore growth opportunities within the designated client portfolio.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to promote ongoing learning and professional development among Refinery staff.
- Co-facilitate executive development programs, both in virtual settings and in-person.
