Key Responsibilities- Design and produce engineering documents for transmission and distribution line projects
- Lead technical project teams and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and technicians
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in transmission and distribution lines
- Relevant structural experience and knowledge of PLS-CADD suite
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
