About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Alumni Engagement Coordinator to join The University of British Columbia's team at the Allard School of Law. As the coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing programs to engage with our students and alumni. Your responsibilities will include program coordination, database management, and supporting our alumni communications strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement alumni programs, events, and initiatives
  • Manage alumni database and information systems
  • Support the development and execution of alumni communications strategies
  • Assist with planning and executing alumni events and reunions
  • Conduct research to support program development and alumni engagement initiatives
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant work experience in alumni relations, program coordination, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with database management and data analysis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
