eNature Greenhouses Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality crops.

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers and harvesting laborers to ensure timely and efficient crop production.
  • Develop and implement farm safety and bio-security procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Monitor and maintain financial and production records to optimize farm performance.
  • Negotiate with clients to provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting.
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal crop production.
  • Perform general farm duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.

  • 11-15 years of experience in farm operations or a related field.
  • First Aid Certificate and Pesticide Applicator's Licence.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's licence and own transportation.
