About the Role

eNature Greenhouses Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our agricultural team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring the highest quality produce is delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Farm Activities
    • Oversee the work of general farm workers and harvesting laborers
    • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Manage Crop Production
    • Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
    • Maintain quality control and production records
  • Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery

Requirements
