eNature Greenhouses Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Farm Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm workers and ensuring the efficient production of high-quality crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of farm workers and harvesting laborers to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Monitor and maintain farm safety and bio-security procedures to prevent accidents and diseases
  • Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
  • Manage and maintain financial and production records to ensure accurate tracking of farm operations
  • Negotiate with clients for provision of services and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying, or harvesting
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production
  • Perform general farm duties to ensure the overall health and productivity of the farm
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education in agriculture or a related field
  • Experience in farm operations and management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • First Aid Certificate and Pesticide Applicator's Licence
