Elevate the Luxury Experience at Porsche Cars Canada
Are you driven by the desire to enhance the luxury customer journey? Porsche Cars Canada (PCL) is in search of a proactive CRM Manager who will be instrumental in refining our multi-channel luxury customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
As the CRM Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Direct Marketing Leadership : Partner with Marketing and all Porsche Centres to define and execute our CRM strategy. Local Campaign Support : Offer insights and direction to Porsche Centres for localized marketing initiatives, ensuring optimal utilization of the Marketing Manager tool. Customer Lifecycle Management : Strategize, organize, and implement effective lifecycle communications, including newsletters, magazines, and welcome kits. CRM Database Optimization : Collaborate with the Dealer Platform Manager to enhance data integrity and deliver actionable insights. Predictive Marketing Development : Work alongside Porsche AG to create innovative marketing programs tailored for the Canadian audience. Target Group Activation : Execute targeted strategies to engage and connect with priority customer segments. Market Research Leadership : Oversee surveys, focus groups, and research projects to continually enhance campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Customer Satisfaction Coordination : Lead the Porsche Canada Customer Satisfaction Committee. Strategic Project Support : Assist the Customer Journey Manager in budget planning and the execution of significant strategic initiatives.Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.Professional Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in database management and CRM, with dealer relationship experience being a plus. Willingness to travel occasionally.Skills and Attributes:
Expertise in Direct Marketing, customer loyalty initiatives, and lead management. High-level experience in automotive marketing is preferred. Strong skills in presentation, data analysis, and software applications (SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, and organizational capabilities. Results-oriented, proactive, and driven. Strong project management abilities with knowledge of relevant methodologies and tools. Creative and analytical problem-solving skills. Familiarity with digital reporting tools and platforms. Knowledge of Porsche sales and dealership systems is advantageous. Understanding of legal regulations impacting marketing activities.
