About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Management Manager to join our team at Ggb - Global. As a key member of our global brokerage team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective customer relationship management strategies to drive business growth and retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong business development and sales skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
