Job Summary

The Practice Development Manager is a key role within Cutera, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned territory. This position requires a strong understanding of the aesthetic industry and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Territory Management: Develop and execute territory plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and education to customers on the use and benefits of Cutera's products.
  • Account Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and manage existing customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
  • Business Planning: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date business plans, including sales forecasts and customer profiles.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a field-based marketing or sales role with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, or the medical device industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Qualifications: Valid Driver's License.
