**Job Summary**

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the demonstration and sale of John Deere Compact Construction Equipment, including skid steers, compact track loaders, and mini excavators, as well as Ditch Witch, Worksight light compaction equipment, and other associated manufacturer's lines.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including prospecting for new accounts and providing exceptional customer service
  • Assist with customer relations, including resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Assist with account receivable collections and ensure timely payment from customers
  • Submit regular sales reports and provide insights on market trends and customer needs

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Knowledge of the equipment and construction industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Previous sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share
  • Ability to travel internationally, with a valid passport and driver's license
