About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cashier at Highway Esso Moose Jaw. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Point of Sale System: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Stock and Maintain the Sales Floor: Restock shelves, face merchandise, and maintain a clean and tidy sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist with Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting tills, balancing the cash register, and performing other tasks as required.
  • Work as Part of a Team: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
