We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking professional in global talent management to spearhead our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, collaborating closely with the DE&I council and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs).

Your main focus will be to enhance key DE&I and talent management strategies for our workforce, ensuring that all employees feel valued and empowered to perform at their best every day by promoting a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all initiatives and action plans associated with the DE&I strategy in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
  • Propose impactful programs that advance DE&I by leveraging industry best practices and benchmarks.
  • Serve as the community facilitator for our employee resource groups (ERGs) in collaboration with ERG leaders.
  • Transform DE&I metrics into actionable insights through comprehensive data reports for key stakeholders, including the DE&I Council and ERGs.
  • Engage in cross-functional project development and implementation related to DE&I, encompassing Performance, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Wellness, Global Communication, and HR Technology.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Career Counseling, or a related discipline.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced studies in Organizational Psychology, Career Counseling, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English to effectively collaborate with international teams and partners.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery while adapting to changing priorities.
  • A strong desire to learn and deliver high-quality projects or embrace new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey insights through data storytelling.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion within various work environments.
