Job Summary

Plan Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator, Bilingual to join our service department. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional support to our service team and national projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the service team, including preparing service agreements and following up on files.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assign tasks to the technical team and provide customer feedback.
  • Prepare invoices and perform other related tasks.
Requirements
  • Autonomy and ability to work independently.
  • Strong sense of priorities and organizational skills.
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written) in English and French.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service and office automation.
  • DEP/technical diploma in office automation, administration, or related field.
  • Experience in structured cabling network or related field.
