About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team at CONMED Corporation. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of surgical Orthopaedic implants and instrumentation, 4K Video, trauma, and MTF biologics to hospitals and medical facilities within a defined geographic territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and unit growth objectives assigned by the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinical personnel, including physicians and hospital staff, to identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with our products.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of our products.
  • Manage evaluation, loaner, and sales sample inventory and return products in a timely manner and according to company policy.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably in a capital portfolio within the medical device industry.
  • University degree in a business or health-related discipline, with an MBA being an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and vehicle insured for business use.
