Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement tailored account engagement strategies to foster growth and utilization of Lone Wolf solutions for key accounts within designated regions.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of our core products to facilitate customer adoption and usage.
  • Collaborate with essential stakeholders to cultivate robust business relationships.
  • Maintain consistent communication to identify and address client needs, manage requests, and recognize opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Coordinate the involvement of internal personnel to achieve account goals, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Oversee renewal processes for contracted clients.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure targets are met or surpassed.
  • Utilize product and industry expertise to bridge customer knowledge gaps, guide them to available resources, and minimize support dependency.
  • Achieve departmental KPIs effectively.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing account management, customer success, or sales capacity.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and diverse environment.
  • Demonstrated success in a competitive or target-driven setting.
  • Commitment to advocating for the customer.
