Job Summary

The Lead Guest Services Team Member is responsible for supervising employees and general operations of the store. This role requires excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise employees and ensure smooth store operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly
  • Stay knowledgeable of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service

Requirements

  • Previous experience or working knowledge of retail operations
  • Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture
  • Proficiency with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays
