About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Child Care Specialist to join our team at Brana Residence. As a Child Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a home-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Child Care and Education
    • Develop and implement engaging educational programs for children, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and social development.
    • Provide a safe and nurturing environment, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of children.
  • Household Management
    • Assume full responsibility for household management, including light housekeeping, cleaning, and meal preparation.
    • Organize and plan activities, outings, and games for children, promoting their social development and entertainment.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Establish and maintain effective communication with parents, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
    • Collaborate with other caregivers and support staff to ensure seamless care and support for children.
  • Screening and Selection
    • Participate in the screening and selection process for new caregivers, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in child care and education.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
