Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to dining areas and arrange tables appropriately.
  • Manage the transportation and replacement of linens.
  • Sanitize and clean items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Clear and tidy tables, trays, and seating.
  • Load and organize buspans and trays.
  • Operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glassware, and utensils.
  • Store dishes in designated areas.
  • Restock condiments and supplies at tables and serving stations.
  • Hand wash and sanitize dishes and other kitchen items.
  • Scrub pots and pans thoroughly.
