As a Kitchen Worker, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, and pots to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Deep clean all kitchen areas, including floors, walls, shelves, hoods, broilers, and ovens, to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Collect and remove waste from all kitchen and restaurant outlets, and assist with the transportation of items between locations.
  • Stand for long periods of time, and lift, push, and pull up to 60lbs, as part of your daily duties.
  • Work as one team under stressful conditions during high volume business levels, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work safely and in compliance with OH&S policies and legislation, and report any hazards or incidents to your supervisor.
  • Develop thorough knowledge of all activities and promotions occurring at our casino properties, and be able to communicate this information to our guests.
  • Be flexible and able to support a 24/7 operation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6-12 months experience in a high volume food outlet, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to successfully pass a pre-placement medical and physical assessment, and provide proof of vaccination and certification as required.
