Director, Technology Enablement and Innovation

**Job Summary**
The Director, Technology Enablement and Innovation will play a pivotal role in driving technology strategies that align with and advance business objectives at ProFound Talent Inc. This exceptional leader will inspire, guide, and motivate teams toward achieving organizational goals, while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships between technology teams and internal business units, understanding their needs and priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business units, providing strategic guidance on technology solutions and capabilities and ensuring that they provide maximum return on investment.
- Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure satisfaction.
- Align technology strategies with the broader business goals of each unit and create transformation roadmaps to facilitate the execution of the technology strategy.
- Coordinate activities across technology teams as needed to provide seamless service to the business and as the key liaison across all functional areas including business units, technology, and outside vendors.
- Assist in prioritizing technology projects and ensure the development of business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for technology spending and initiatives.
- Participate in budgeting and planning processes.
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and industry best practices.
- Champion the adoption of emerging technologies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Participate in field research in pursuit of new solutions and evaluate the applicability of and effectiveness of current solutions.
**Reporting & Analytics**
- Understand business needs and reporting requirements.
- Oversee the design and implementation of comprehensive reporting systems.
- Utilize data analytics to provide insights that support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze data to ensure requirements are being met and implement data quality checks and validation processes to ensure the integrity and reliability of reports and analyses.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
**Front Line Systems Management**
- Manage the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of front-line systems.
- Be the operational technology subject matter expert (app maintenance, user support, project support, knowledge sharing etc.).
- Ensure effective operations systems project delivery.
- Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with technology teams and business units to address system issues and optimize performance.
**Team Leadership**
- Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals across multiple disciplines.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and promote professional development.
- Promote a customer-first mindset and empower team members to deliver exceptional service and support.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent post-secondary education is preferred. Master's Degree would be an asset.
- Minimum of 10 years+ of experience in a large, complex technology-based organization, with expertise in operations and enterprise systems.
- Minimum 8 years of people leadership and team management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Visio and MS Project is ideal.
