  • Direct staff, motivate them, and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing excellent customer service.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize computer and technology skills, including MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Electronic Scheduler, Social Media, MS Access, MS Office, and Google Drive, to perform tasks efficiently.
  • Ensure security and safety protocols are followed, including a criminal record check.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
