Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and provide solutions to technical problems.
- Research and Development: Consult technical manuals, guides, and other documents to research and implement solutions to technical issues.
- User Training: Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
- Problem Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.

- Education: College/CEGEP degree.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
