Job Title: User Support Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled User Support Technician to join our team at Systematic Squad Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to users, resolving issues and implementing solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a comprehensive problems and solutions log, ensuring seamless knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Offer training and guidance to users, empowering them to effectively utilize our systems and tools.
  • Ensure seamless business systems, network, and Internet support, addressing user difficulties with precision and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Permanent employment, 30-35 hours per week, with a focus on work-life balance.
