We are seeking a skilled User Support Expert to join our team at Magic Autocare. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our customers. Your primary duties will include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing expert advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Collecting, organizing and maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
  • Participating in the redesign of applications and other software
  • Providing business systems, network and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
  • Setting up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
  • Performing Web-server backup and recovery operations

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
