Key Responsibilities- Implement and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency.
- Assess and analyze new administrative strategies for effectiveness.
- Delegate tasks to support staff to ensure optimal workflow.
- Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain financial controls.
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and coordinate administrative office procedures.
- Address and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Monitor performance and evaluate outcomes.
- Supervise both technical and support personnel.
- Design project plans and oversee their execution.
- Analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Develop and implement policies and programs.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services.
- Manage project activities in collaboration with other supervisors or managers.
- Ensure departmental operations meet service delivery standards.
- Coordinate activities to ensure projects align with requirements, budget, and timelines.

Prior experience in project coordination is essential.
