About the Role:

The Business Growth Manager will be instrumental in expanding sales and diversifying service offerings to align with client needs and the evolving healthcare landscape. This role will focus on the Ontario region, specifically the Greater Toronto Area, and will be responsible for the following:

  • Business Development: Building and maintaining meaningful business relationships with key stakeholders; identifying and engaging potential clients through various channels; and establishing partnerships to enhance service offerings.
  • Sales Expansion and Diversification: Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive growth. Adapting and expanding service offerings based on client feedback and market trends.
  • Market Analysis: Monitoring changes in the healthcare industry to inform strategic decisions.
  • Branch Support: Collaborating with Branch Directors to expand and diversify their regions and service offerings, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives market trends. Conduct regular trend analysis with an eye on monitoring industry trends for new service opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the Ontario Healthcare industry, with a deep understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
  • Strong background in lead generation and conversion, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and sell complex products or services.
  • Valid drivers' license with a vehicle.
