About the Role

Cansel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the geospatial technical sales market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, achieving revenue growth and expanding our market share.
  • Participate in trade shows, training events, and other industry-related activities to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the geospatial industry.
  • Strong understanding of the geospatial market, including trends, technologies, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
