Café Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at Sunny Day Cafe. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Manage Staff
You will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service and meet the high standards of our café.
Develop and Implement Operational ProceduresYou will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures to ensure that our café runs efficiently and effectively.
Inventory ManagementYou will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
Health and SafetyYou will be responsible for ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
Supplier NegotiationsYou will be responsible for negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, ensuring that we get the best possible deals.
Customer ServiceYou will be responsible for addressing customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers leave our café satisfied.
Operations PlanningYou will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations, ensuring that our café runs smoothly and efficiently.
Supervision- Staff Supervision
You will be responsible for supervising staff in various areas of responsibility, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities- Fast-Paced Environment
You will be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to DetailYou will be required to have attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and to a high standard.
