Key Responsibilities- Operational Leadership: Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
- Performance Management: Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Strategic Planning: Plan and organize daily store operations, including managing staff and assigning duties.
- Merchandise Management: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credits policies.
- Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, and develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that the store is operating within budget.
- Staff Management: Determine staffing requirements, oversee payroll administration, and conduct performance reviews.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail operations role.
- Permanent Full-Time Position
- 35-40 hours per week
- English Language
