We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at 1109973 BC Ltd. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our store, including managing staff, planning and organizing daily operations, and developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective store performance.
- Staff Management: Manage staff and assign duties, conduct performance reviews, and oversee payroll administration.
- Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the effect of competitors' operations on sales. Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credits policies, and develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Financial Management: Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and determine staffing requirements.
- Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
