You will be responsible for supervising and training a team of staff members to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Develop and Implement Operational ProceduresYou will be responsible for determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures to ensure that our café runs efficiently and effectively.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesYou will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory and negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
Ensure Health and Safety RegulationsYou will be responsible for ensuring that health and safety regulations are followed at all times.
Negotiate with ClientsYou will be responsible for negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities.
Lead and Instruct StaffYou will be responsible for leading and instructing staff members to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
Address Customer ComplaintsYou will be responsible for addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Plan and Direct Daily OperationsYou will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations to ensure that our café runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements- Experience
3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
EducationNo degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesYou will be working in a fast-paced environment and will be required to have excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Personal SuitabilityYou will be required to have excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Work EnvironmentYou will be working in a café environment with a large workload and will be required to have excellent time management skills.
LanguageThe language of work is English.
Hours of Work40 hours per week.
