Job Title: Executive Chef - Ethnic Cuisine Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at India's Taste Fine Indian Cuisine & Sweets. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring a high level of quality and presentation in all dishes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate special events and determine the size of food portions and costs
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets
  • Manage kitchen operations and ensure a high level of quality and presentation in all dishes
  • Work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
  • Organized and team player with strong time management skills
